Technical Director

We are looking for a Technical Director to take the lead on a cross-functional team. You will manage/lead the team to implement the expansion and maintenance of our web-based knowledge management solutions.

Our Technical Director will have at least a B.S. in Computer Science or a related field. You will have a good working knowledge of Unix Administration, Linux and NT platforms, Networking and System Architecture (Multi-Tier Architecture, J2EE compliant platforms, Web Application Servers), Sun Solaris, HP, IBM, SQL, and Database Design.

• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus

• Experience working with the Auto Industry is a plus

• Experience leading small & large design teams is a must

Web Developer

We are looking for a Web Developers who are capable of handling front-end design including info architecture and graphic design, as well as develop large-scale JSP/JAVA based applications running on multiple database platforms such as MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, Informix and SQL Server.

Our Web Developer will have a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience and have significant experience with HTML, DHTML, Javascript, JSP, Java, and SQL.

• Experience working with the Auto Industry a plus

• Experience with front-end and back-end use of XML/XSL a plus

• Experience developing J2EE compliant applications a plus

Business and Technology Consultant

We are looking for Business Consultants who can help us deploy and implement our solutions in customer environment.

Our Business Consultants will direct the delivery of projects to our customers. You will have the technical savvy to understand the technology and business requirements of our customers and be able to translate these into product configuration requirements.

You will understand customer needs, translate those into solutions, deliver value for the client and create win-win solutions via our customer success model (CSM).

• Develop opportunities to implement solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Overall responsibility for developing Business Case for customer implementation and integration

• Customer validation of solutions, requirements gathering and customer feedback analysis

• Work with our content and alliance partners to seamlessly integrate their offerings into the AutoKnowledge Knowledge Exchange Platform
